OUR APPROACH
Blending Qualitative Research
with Design Thinking
The approach at Butterfly combines strength of traditional qualitative research which is open ended questions aimed at demystifying unknown territories (interviews, focus group, ethnography) with design thinking lens focussed on solving specific problems (process-oriented, iterative & human-centric).
We leverage design thinking to omit the sense of ambiguity on qualitative projects while providing iterative roadmaps to our clients. To apply to larger patterns, we also employ quantitative methods to draw conclusions.

A Consumer Insights & Design Strategy Professional from the National Institute Of Design, Ahmedabad with over 20+ Years of market research experience which includes having served as consumer insights head with Ormax Consultants Pvt Ltd & chief design strategy lead with Future Group. Rajesh joined Butterfly Consumer Solutions in the year of 2024 February. He is also on the advisory board with NIFT Kangra. He is also associated with Indian Society of Applied Behavioural Sciences, Delhi as PDP member.
